Bought this to replace my old TI-83 Plus I bought this to replace my TI-83 Plus. So far I am really happy with it. There is a bit of a learning curve at first when trying to find out where everything is. I do like the color screen and I like the lithium rechargeable battery. The battery last a very long time on a charge and it can be replaced by unscrewing the one screw to the battery door. The only annoying thing so far is the screen has a slight flicker when it’s at the lowest screen brightness.

Great Battery, Bad UI… I bought this for my daughter for high school math. She has been using it for 3 years now, and it’s still going strong. The UI is a little clunky to navigate, and takes time to learn, not very intuitive. The battery has lasted several instances of my daughter letting it die and not recharging it for months (i.e. during summer, or in geometry when this wasn’t needed). I thought for sure I would have to oder a new battery for this, but I haven’t yet. Hopefully, once my daughter graduates high…
