Great buy. Love it!! I’m on the computer everyday and haven’t had any problems. When i first booted it up it took me about 2 hours to get it updated and fixed the way that i want it. I was worried about using windows 10 because i was transitioning from a old Windows XP to Windows 10, the Walk-through guide made it very easy. I was excited to see that i could use apps on it and be on the Xbox app as well. This make’s it very easy for me to chat with my friends.

Old man mad as heck. On SS and cannot afford $50 loss due to her incompetence at Microsoft and HP complete lack of interest. Would not accept password the day after completing set up. Invested over 2 hours with Microsoft tech. No success. She suggested I purchase a $50+ external drive media to reinstall windows 10. Placed order. Soon thereafter the same day I located a site on the web from either Microsoft or HP. It included a program to solve problem. It worked and the computer has performed since. Alli want is to return the external drive and get my $50 plus postage. Any help from Amazon would be appreciated. No…
